Anyone who has att uverse?

do u have uverse tv from att? if u do, does it sometimes freeze? and do the buttons on ur remote sometimes stop working? if so, how do u fix it? because i like to record movies on there, and when only the channel, volume, power, and mute buttons work, its impossible to record anything or to even see whats coming on next. so... any advise on how to fix the remote??????? help please.|||I have at%26amp;t uverse and it use to freeze ALL the time. We finally had some at%26amp;t workers come and fix it but they had to come like 8 times. My remote wont work either i have to use the thing on the box and i haven't found a way to fix that either sorry :p but call at%26amp;t and have them come to your house and fix your cable box i hope it helps. Its really annoying
