Me and my brother want to suscribe to att uverse internet but are not sure which plan we want, att says that?

to ensure optimal experience if one wants to watch youtube videos one should order a 50 or 55/60 dollar monthly plan to avoid having youtube videos stop and go, is att bluffing or not on this? i have a desktop and my brother has a laptop, if we want to get online with the same connection obviously this will require more bandwidth, so would it be worth it to pay more money for att's uverse internet rather than get their cheapest monthly? what about the installation, should we do it ourselves or have an att technician do it for us? if we want to watch videos on youtube or do online gaming and its two computers to the same connection, what would be the best thing to do to avoid annoying latency?????????? can the broadband experts please tell us what to do........... THANKS.|||I would recommend a 6 or 12 mbps plan for two computers that stream videos often.
