My att uverse has no info for the channels?

how do i get info for the channels?|||Restart the AT%26amp;T U-verse router by unplugging it for ten seconds and plug it back in wait about 7 minutes or when the broadband light and service lights are both green. Then restart the AT%26amp;T U-verse cable box by unplugging it for ten seconds and plugging it back in. That will take 5-7 minutes to come back. If you still cannot bring up info on all channels call AT%26amp;T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020 and talk to technical support and tell them you have done these steps.
