Finding the name of a show I watched 2 days ago on att uverse?

I watched a movie 2 nights ago, and I tried to go to guide but it wont let me go back any futher than an hour of the current time. So How do I look up what the name of the show was?|||tell us what it was about. I'm sure someone on here will know.|||go to tvguide.com and create a free account; then select your location and tv service provider and set your channel preferences. a grid will appear; if you click on the double arrows at the left top of the grid, it will take you back. there is also a box where you can select the date you want to review.
